No, that has been broken for a long time.  You can add the bookmark to the
top-level, then move it using the Yahoo! tools, then manually refresh the
toolbar.  It's a pain, but it does work.

That doesn't work properly in Firefox 0.9.x either.

What I want to work, and what does work, are the Yahoo! Bookmarks.  The rest of
the features are less important to me, and will use when them when they work.
