Use Clippings Manager's Export command (Options -> Export) to export
your clippings data to a file.  Copy that file over to the new machine
with Firefox and Clippings installed.  Then, on that machine, invoke
Clippings Manager and import the file using Options -> Import.

It appears that you are asking the same question twice; my response
above effectively answers your 2nd question.
