[Clippings] Shortcut keys don't work?

I have Clippings installed for Thunderbird only. Besides Talkback and
Growl Notifications, it is the only Add-on in Thunderbird.

The Shortcut Key drop-down field shows the key. It is 0.

When pressing CTRL+ALT+V, nothing happens. There is no dialogue. I am
definitely pressing CTRL+ALT+V. Does this tell you what is causing this
feature not to work?
