[Clippings] New feature for system admins - default clippings

Clippings 3.0 includes a new feature for system administrators and
advanced users who want to distribute a customized Clippings XPI with
default clippings.  This is useful if you manage multiple users and
you want all of them to use the same Clippings datasource file.

Details on this new feature is available in the help topic "Info for
System Administrators" which you can view at
<http://clippings.mozdev.org/advanced.html>.  This help topic also
contains download links to a standalone application, Clippings Editor,
which simplifies the creation of default Clippings datasource files.
