[Clippings] current clipboard variable

Thanks for your comments. The existing behaviour where Clippings
overwrites the current clipboard contents is by design, as you can use
Edit -> Paste or CTRL+V to repeatedly paste in clippings.  So really,
it's not a bug, it's a feature! =)

Having a variable/placeholder inside the clipping content is a great
idea. Another variation of this idea would be to prompt the user to
enter the value of that variable.  Something to think about, for sure.
