[Clippings] current clipboard variable

Hi,

I love the clippings tool.

A cool new feature would be to be able to have 'stephen' in my buffer, 
and have a clipping which read 'hello %buff%, How are you?' and when I 
selected that to be pasted in, it pasted 'hello stephen, How are you?' 
that would be amazing :)

The only annoyance I can think of, is that I notice when I use 
clippings, it replaces my current clipboard, would be nice if that 
didn't happen.

Tis a brilliant program in any case.
