This is a known issue, and has already been filed as bug 13370
<http://bugzilla.mozdev.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13370>. This occurs when
the Clippings data is corrupted; so far there have been intermittent
reports of this, and there is no known cause.
The release notes detail how to get rid of the error and start over
<http://clippings.mozdev.org/relnotes/1.2.html>. Automatic recovery
from data corruption will be available in the next release (it is
currently under development). In the meantime, it is best to do
periodic backups using the Export command in Clippings Manager.
