[Clippings] add an EM options dialog

howdy alex,

thanks for the info! i hadn't noticed the statusbar icon. [*blush*] 

still, i find it disconcerting to have an extension that so totally
disagrees with the way other extension are designed. it seems that one
_should_ be able to get to the control dialog thru the EM window. one simply
expects an extension that has user settings to have a way to reach those
settings via the EM/options route.

i understand you might not want to do this, but i truly do find it a jarring
thing to find missing from clippings.

again, thanks for the info and thanks for the extension! [*grin*]
