[Clippings] set clippings file location

Agreed, it would be very convenient to have just one Clippings file
shared amongst both Firefox and Thunderbird. But that would result in
annoying and hard-to-debug concurrency problems - i.e. what happens if
both Firefox and Thunderbird want to change the same clipping
simultaneously? Would both apps be able to access the same Clippings
data source simultanously - or does one lock out the other? And if,
say, Firefox made a change to Clippings, how would Thunderbird know
(and vice versa)?
This is definitely a nice-to-have feature, but much careful thought
needs to be put into it if it's going to happen.
