[Clippings] set clippings file location

i use stylish ...

... for managing css snippets in both ff and tb. one very nifty thing it
allows is setting the location of the storage file. there is no user
interface for it, but there is a pref in prefs.js that can be edited.

i am using the clippings export/import function to handle that now, but a
shared file that both ff and tb could reach would be very handy. makes tech
support a very little bit easier ...
