[Clippings] Moving clippings between PCs

Unfortunately, the current release of Clippings doesn't have such
functionality. But all is not lost....

Clippings 1.2, which I've been working on in the past week and will be
out a day or so, will have the ability to import and export Clippings
data in its native RDF/XML file format. I'm doing some final testing
here to ensure it's ready for release. Stay tuned!
