[Clippings] Minor problem inserting with Clippings 2.0.1

I'm having a slight problem with Clippings. I'm
currently using v2.0.1 and Firefox 1.5.0.6, but this
problem started before I even upgraded to 2.0.
Everything works perfectly with the exception of
inserting a clippings entry from the right click menu.
From any text box (I've tried gmail--both plain and
rich text formatting--as well as various forums), I
bring up the right click menu, choose Clippings > and
then the entry I want to insert from the submenu that
appears. However, nothing gets inserted. :( I've
verified the entry does get copied to the clipboard
because if I now press Ctrl-V, the entry is pasted in
the textbox. So this is indeed a workaround, but it's
an extra step, having to manually paste afterwards.
Creating new clipping entries works fine, not a single
problem there.
I've tried disabling all other Firefox extensions,
moved Clippings to the top of the Extensions list,
just below the DOM Inspector and Talkback, the bottom
of the list, even exported all entries and removed
them from the manager, working with a blank clippings
file, and still this problem persists so I'm not
really sure what else to try. Perhaps this is a bug
and I'm not the only one experiencing it? Let me know
if I can provide you with further information for
debugging.
Warmest Regards,
~Cherie
PS - I just reregistered for a Bugzilla account
because the old one I had from back in 2003 appears to
have been closed, so let me know if you want me to
enter the above as a bug in Bugzilla, and we can
continue the dialog there.
PPS - I just tried completely uninstalling and
reinstalling Clippings and still see the same problem
trying to insert from the right click menu.
