[Clippings] Question of conception

hi,

clippings works very well for me, but ive one thing to complain.

clippings uses the clipboard and overwrites the last clipboard entry.

maybe it would be possible to store and rewrite the last entry before
using clipping.

even further you could expand the functionality of clippings with the
use of the last clipboard entry.

example:

ive a clipping called "html link":

<a href=""></a>

by using a placeholder like <a href="$1"></a> where $1 is the last
clipboard entry you could copy an url use clippings and the resoult
would be like <a href="http://www.url.com"></a>.
