[Clippings] Clippings 2.0 Suggestions

Two small enhancements that might go better in v1.3 then v2.0 but here
they are anyway:

1) When the Clippings window is resized it should remember that size next
time it is opened

2) Created a divider that can be inserted in between clippings to help
separate them by type (Your folders idea may make this obsolete)

Your extension rocks and has made my life moderating a very large forum
MUCH easier. Thanks.
