[Click2tab] Some Click2Tab options disabled in Firefox 2.0

Dear David,

I'm very sorry for this! Currently Click2Tab 0.97 is not compatible with
Firefox 2.0. The reason that I haven't updated Click2Tab till now is that
after the rolling out the of new "Session Restore" related features in
Firefox 2.0, I've always been thinking about rewriting Click2Tab to fully
utilize those built-in features. That way, Click2Tab will be greatly
simplified.

But the only annoying thing is that, I'm really busy these days. I can't
find much spare time to do such a big modification to Click2Tab.

Maybe I will try release one temporary version that's compatible with
Firefox 2.0 and do the rewriting stuff later!

Really sorry about this! Please be a little patient!
