[Click2tab] Catalan translation for click2tab extension.

Hi, I'm Oriol Gonzalez and I've translated click2tab into catalan. I'm
sending you the ca-AD locale in a zip file. This is for the 0.9.42 version. I
don't know if you have a newer version.

Could you please send me an Email when you upload my translation for the
first time?
