[Click2tab] Last tab behavior

Here's what I'm looking for - When the last tab is closed it loads my home
page instead of a blank page.  I like that the browser doesn't close when
closing the last tab, but a blank tab isn't useful.

Maybe this is something for a separate extension.  I've been thinking about
delving into this myself, but time and never having created an extension
before are holding me back!
