[Click2tab] request for "duplicate tab" = no

Dear Dailey,

I think you can contact with twanno, the author of Duplicate Tab,
about the problems if it still exists with a new profile. :)

I've refused several feature requests till now to make the function of
Click2Tab concentrated. Because I think that's the way toward bug-free
and extensibility. But if a lot of users request the same feature, I'm
very glad to add it as an option. :)
