[Caminol10n] Status update

Addition to the German status: we do not need the Software Update
Description, since we didn't publish localized 1.6a/b builds.

Another thing:
I just found out that iLocalize seems to be ignoring the choice made
for the file encoding: while UTF-16BE is selected in iLocalize as file
encoding, Xcode shows UTF-16 for the same file.
Does this make any difference?
The encoding for *.strings files is meant.
