[Caminol10n] revised Camino 1.6 l10n deadline, release notes, and update description

Yes, Firefox 2 is correct.  Camino 1.6 is also using Gecko 
1.8.1/MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH, so it also has the security fixes being 
included in Firefox 2.x/Camino 1.5.x releases.  Obviously this would 
have been less odd-sounding had we released 1.6 four months after 1.5 
like we originally hoped to do ;-)

Camino 2 (planned for sometime this summer/fall) will use Gecko 1.9 
like Firefox 3.
