[Caminol10n] nibtool error...

I got the famous nibtool error..

| as nibtool, or the correct version of nibtool, could not be found.

I googled a bit, but didn't find a workable solution. :( Things i
checked:

| - CaminoPalette pkg installed
| - path to the project folder contains only asciis, on a hfs+ extended
|   partition (This requirements are addressed in the appleglot manual)

I'm using xcode 2.4.1 on osx 10.4.10, ppc.
