[Caminol10n] nibtool in Leopard

I have just installed Leopard. I wanted to see if nibtool had been
updated, but I couldn't find it. The only thing I can find via the
"locate" command is:
/Developer/usr/bin/rb_nibtool
which I assume is related to ruby.
Anybody has different results? Is that supposed to be normal (i.e.
nibtool has been dumped in favour of something else)?
I run an "initial pass" in AppleGlot and everything seemed fine...

I installed XCode Tools using "Ad Hoc", but I just *added* things.

I also noticed that now XCode installer installs AppleGlot and
ADViewer, though the installed version is the same that we downloaded
some time ago from Apple's localization website (3.2.9).

Thanks.
Ciao.
Marcello.
