Hmm, this improves things a bit. At least the _NewLoc displays chinese
as correct as in my first post. And, Final Pass seems taking some
effects now somehow, that it has deleted many .strings and leaves only:

| CertificateDialogs.strings InfoPlist.strings          Localizable.strings
`----

But sadly, Localizable.strings is still empty..
