[Caminol10n] simplified chinese translation nearly finished

Hi folks, 

I nearly finished simplified chinese translation based on
2007080914（1.5.1Int). AppleGlot shows me the translation status is 100%
finished. However, opening the localized camino, I still found: 

1) a few items in the mainmenu still displayed as english, like

| History -> ClearnHistoryMenuItem (english version is Clear History)
| View -> Show Bookmarks Toolbar

I open the mainmenu.nib(localized version), it displays chinese
correctly there..

2) the preference panel: tabs and downloads are not fully being
   translated. expecially in the localized version Downloads displays as
   org.mozillia.camino.preference.downloads, what's the problem here?

I'm sure that I have already translated the above texts in appleglot +
adviewer, it's just they are not displayed correctly.

How can I fix this?
