[Caminol10n] German localization

Hello folks,

I've been following the mailing list passively for a while, not daring nor
knowing how to get into it.
To prove good will I translated the release notes 1.5 and reviewed the
german EULA file (just minor, moreless stylistic suggestions, highlighted in
red, including corrected quotes).

I don't have any clue of how all this works and don't even know where to put
the files, so I send them to the list.
Maybe I did a redundant work, maybe it will help - and maybe other german
localizers contact me to find out how I can contribute to the project - if
the job is not already done...
