[Caminol10n] Update on the UTF-16 little endian issue

Just an observation... I found out that, at least with the version
1.5rc made available at
<http://www.mozdev.org/pipermail/caminol10n/2007-May/001851.html>, the
issue with UTF-16 little endian encoded files is reproducible only
with two files. They are:
1. Camino.app/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/InfoPlist.strings
2. Camino.app/Contents/Resources/PreferencesPanes/WebFeatures.prefPane/Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Localizable.strings

This means that everyone translating Camino on a PowerPC Mac must
convert those files to original UTF-16 as I've described at
<http://www.mozdev.org/pipermail/caminol10n/2007-May/001881.html>.
All the other ".strings" files should be checked, though. I could have
missed some file or whatever.
