[Caminol10n] Camino 1.5 Norwegian

I'm using an old PowerPC.

I don't know about Camino Palettes framework. Can someone please tell
me what it is and where to find it?

I always get the error message about nibtool from AppleGlot when I do
an incremental pass. I did not figure out what it meant, and my
Camino 1.0 translation looked fine. Both Camino 1.0 and Camino 1.5
makes Appleglot complain about nibtool.
