[Caminol10n] Camino 1.5 Norwegian

I localized Camino into Norwegian last August, but did not find any  
reviewers at the time. I've just finished teaching Camino 1.5 to  
speak Norwegian, and should maybe look for reviewers one more time.

Two strings prevents me from calling this translation complete: I'm  
not able to translate the caption/title of the download window, and  
the caption of the preference pane "Web Features". After translating  
these two strings into "Nedlastinger" and "Nettegenskaper" it will  
not change from English. Any suggestions?
