[Caminol10n] problems translating (nibtool error)

To further prove my theory, I decided to use lipo to make a ppc only
version of nibtool and create a clean environment in AppleGlot and
test it.  Although there are still errors reported in the console, I
now have all the nib strings showing up in AD Viewer.
