[Caminol10n] problems translating (nibtool error)

There's been no change to that framework since it 
was committed.  Presumably if it's installed in 
the right place (where is that, exactly?  the 
http://caminol10n.mozdev.org/appleglot-how-to/index.html 
doesn't mention it at all, but I know I installed 
it some time ago), everything is fine.

I've created a new env in AG 3.2.9 on 10.3.9, and 
aside from bug 373818, I get a clean initial 
pass.  I'm very much an AG newbie, but things 
seem OK.

Since we essentially totally re-did the all the 
prefPanes for Camino 1.1 and since the caminol10n 
AG guide seems to indicate AG remembers changes 
you've made to prefPane layouts, I wonder if 
perhaps all the changes are causing these 
conflicts?

Does creating a new environment and copying over 
the dictionary work without errors?  You'll have 
to redo the layout changes, I know, but given the 
layout changes we made to a large number of nibs, 
that was probably inevitable anyway :(
