[Camino] Stop Sites From Auto Refreshing

How can I configure Camino 1.5.5 to prevent sites that auto-refresh  
from doing so? It would be nice if that was a Hidden or even a  
visible Preference.

With a 2.5 kbs max speed dial up ISP and party line era phone  
service, some pages refresh even before they finish loading the first  
time. For example, I cannot get a complete loading of DrudgeReport.
