[Camino] Fill Form doesn't work on my MacBook Pro

I am using a MacBook Pro, w/ 10.4 OS.  I cannot get Camino's Fill  
Form to work.  All my info is contained under "Me" in Address Book.   
Fill Form works fine on my iMac.  I can't find anything in Camino's  
Preferences to tweek Fill Form.
