[Camino] simplified chinese localization status

Looks like there's currently no simplified chinese localizations for
camino(Version 2007080914 (1.5.1Int)). 

So if nobody is working on this, i'd like to help on this. But could
someone give some hint on how to process this? I didn't find good
starting point from the homepage..

ps. I sent subscription request to c10n list minutes ago, but got no
responce yet..
