[Camino] Retaining 'Ask Before Accept' Cookie choices

I have figured this one out. I have both a user and prefs "js" in both
the ~/ global and user /library/Application Support/Camino

The ~/Library, Global,  network.cookie  settings seem to be the ones
which govern my version/usage situation.
