[Camino] two feature requests: drag and drop tabs, scrollable tabs

Camino is developed by a small number of volunteers working in their  
spare time, and their have been thousands of feature requests and  
bugs filed over the life of the project. What exactly do you find  
impossible to believe about the fact that there are limits to what  
can be accomplished in a limited amount of time?
