[Camino] make key bindings for switching tabs more mac-like?

Ah, I didn't realize that. In previous OS Versions, you had to the app  
for it to take effect. I thought I saw that when I set it up too. Glad  
it worked for you :)

BTW, that "trick" will work in all Cocoa applications. It doesn't work  
in Carbon apps.
