[Camino] Plain buttons

I've seen this behavior for a while and wonder why it happens.

At some sites, Camino displays generic buttons.  In fact, at my bank's site,
the "Login" and "Clear" buttons are generic until you select them, and then
they turn to the bank's choice of rectangular green buttons.

Internal pages at my company also often have the ugly generic buttons.
