[Camino] Allow for Session" cookies

That would be a bug. If you can reproduce this problem in a recent  
nightly build, using a clean profile, please file a bug at  
bugzilla.mozilla.org with a specific site that shows the behavior.

At a behavioral level, the answer is that people routinely open  
multiple tabs or windows for the same site. If cookies were per tab,  
that would be impossible. The technical answer for Camino is that any  
change to the way session cookies are handled would need to be made  
in the Mozilla core, and as far as I know the general feeling of the  
core developers is that it would be a substantial amount of  
architectural work to change the way session cookies work without a  
compelling enough reason.
