Just to elaborate a bit, we have no plans to support click-and-hold
for contextual menus in the future either. They were deliberately
removed from Firefox in 2.0 because they are non-standard in OS X,
and in fact violate the OS guidelines about how clicks should be
interpreted (the Dock behavior not withstanding). There are a couple
of standard ways of accessing context menus in OS X, so we don't want
to break expected behavior to add another one.
