[Camino] Problems with Keystrokes

Thanks for the testcase :-)  It looks like half of this is due to bug 
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=371828>, which is now 
fixed on the trunk (for Camino 2 and Firefox 3) and which I think has 
a decent chance of landing on the MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH (from which 
Camino 1.1 will come).  The second part of the problem is bug 
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373680>, which will 
need more investigation yet.
