[Camino] A Question Regarding Downloading Attachments and Extensions

I've done some testing on Novell Webmail v7.0 and v6.5. Both behave the
same. It seems to happen when the file name contains a space,
'filename.ext' works, 'file name.ext' doesn't and results in a download
called 'file'. Same behaviour in Firefox. Where as Safari encodes the
file name, so you get a download called 'file%20name.ext'.
