[Camino] Favicons

Camino attempts to load a favicon as soon as a page begins loading,  
and the page's header isn't available at that point. If there is a  
custom favicon in the header, it will update to use that one as soon  
as it is found.

If Camino differs from other browsers in this regard, feel free to  
file a bug at bugzilla.mozilla.org and we'll consider other  
approaches in the future.
