[Camino] "restart last session" for camino?

BTW, when this happens, it would be nice if the "warn me when: closing
windows or quitting when multiple pages are open" option could be
partitioned into separate options for closing windows and quitting.
When session-save is on, hitting command-q isn't such a big deal, but
accidentally clicking the red circle close-button still is (with
multiple tabs open).

Obviously, this is icing on the cake.  I'm already very happy just
having the JS preference!
