[Camino] Cache not emptying

I've found that the networking libraries in Gecko (Necko) seem to 
cache DNS results, etc., very strongly, but quitting seems to clear 
them and cause you to connect to the new server/IP.  I'm not sure if 
there's a bug filed against Necko on this or not.
