[Camino] Problems with Nightly AND 1.1a2

Any version of CaminoSession other than the latest will totally break
recent nightlies, which is probably the issue you are having. Parts of
CamiTools are also completely incompatible with recent nightlies.

Removing third-party tools that do unsupported things to Camino is
always a good first step when debugging problems.
