[Camino] camino desktop window

Whenever I use Camino for the first time after shut-down or  
restarting, a small window appears on my desktop with Camino at the  
top and displays on it a Camino icon, Release Notes icon and Readme  
icon.  However, when I quit Camino, the main window is removed from  
the screen but the small Camino window still appears on the desktop.

Why isn't the small Camino window removed from the desktop when I  
quit Camino?  How can it be removed automatically when I quit  so  
that I don't have to manually remove it?
