[Camino] safe mode ?

Toolbar doesn't exist for *Camino*, and *Camino* has no *Safe Mode* (not
currently having a supported extension system)." There is no safe mode
system for Camino because Camino doesn't currently have a extension system
and thus there'd be nothing to disable in a safe mode...
