Let's not forget that many DO want the PDF to be "seen/read" right
inside a browser window, not downloaded to be opened in another app.
I use a third party "Internet plug-in" and have read that installing
Acrobat provides a similar method of having the PDF opened in a
browser window.
There are occasions where I just read it, then close the window. If I
want it saved, I manually save the PDF where I want it stored.
