[Camino] PDF displayed in 'Preview'

So in that first screenshot, if you click the "open" toolbar button  
in the downloads window, it opens in Preview instead of Reader?

That's expected behavior. If your issue is not that it's opening in  
the wrong app but that it's not auto-opening, then you can enable  
"Open downloaded files" in the Download prefs. It's a potentially  
security issue, however, so we leave the pref off by default.
