[Camino] PDF displayed in 'Preview'

It doesn't matter if a PDF of the same name and containing the same  
content had it's default app changed, what matters is what the  
default app for all PDFs is.  In other words, it seems like you need  
to click the Change All... button on a PDF that's been changed to  
Preview.
